  • Orders placed before cut-off time may be processed the same day

  • Orders placed on weekends or holidays will be processed on the next working day

  • Once processed, orders are handed over to our logistics partners for dispatch

2. Shipping Timeline

We aim to deliver your order within the following timelines:

  • Metro Cities: 2–4 business days

  • Non-Metro / Tier 2 & 3 Cities: 3–7 business days

  • Remote Locations: 5–10 business days

Delivery timelines are indicative and may vary based on location and courier partner serviceability.

  • We may offer free shipping on select orders, promotions, or minimum cart value (if applicable)

7. Damaged or Tampered Packages

  • Do not accept the delivery (if visibly damaged), OR

  • Report the issue within 48 hours of delivery with supporting images/videos

We will assist you with a suitable resolution as per our Returns Policy.

8. Incorrect Address / Failed Delivery

  • In case of incorrect address or repeated delivery failures:

    • The order may be returned to us
