Orders placed before cut-off time may be processed the same day
Orders placed on weekends or holidays will be processed on the next working day
Once processed, orders are handed over to our logistics partners for dispatch
2. Shipping Timeline
We aim to deliver your order within the following timelines:

Non-Metro / Tier 2 & 3 Cities: 3β7 business days
Remote Locations: 5β10 business days
Delivery timelines are indicative and may vary based on location and courier partner serviceability.

7. Damaged or Tampered Packages

Do not accept the delivery (if visibly damaged), OR
Report the issue within 48 hours of delivery with supporting images/videos
