However, we do support returns/replacements under the following conditions:

✅ Eligible for Return/Replacement:

• Product received is damaged, defective, or leaking

• Incorrect product delivered

• Package tampered before delivery

📌 Conditions:

• The issue must be reported within 48 hours of delivery

• Product must be unused and in original packaging

• Supporting images/videos must be shared with our team

🔄 Resolution:

• Once verified, we will offer a replacement or refund, depending on availability and situation

• Refunds (if applicable) will be processed within 5–7 working days

❌ Not Eligible:

• Change of mind after delivery

• Opened or used products

• Delay in reporting the issue beyond 48 hours

🚫 Non-Cancellable Orders:

• Orders already shipped or out for delivery
